So to accurately define your needs and to allow The Matrix for IT to effectively work within your environment, we’ll conduct an initial remote assessment to survey your hardware, software, and network security. By doing so, we can set parameters for the monitoring service.

What does installation involve?
Connecting to the X. - Once we complete the initial remote assessment, we ship everything you need to allow us to defend, update, and manage your IT in one box. Simply connect The Matrix for IT module to your network, and you’re ready to roll. And since The Matrix for IT module resides behind your firewall, there’s no extra configurations or security issues you’ll need to worry about.

How do I know The Matrix for IT is working?
Included with every agreement is a management portal that allows you to monitor your environment. It allows a real-time view into your network at a device or component level. The reports in the portal allow you to review your website, internet, and network traffic - along with your assets - at any time.
