The Dashboard level is a graphical look at any key measures that are important to your organization. This level is specifically targeted towards upper management designed to deliver executive level summaries.

ANALYSIS

The Analysis level allows a user to visualize information in several different ways. This level is designed for managers to analyze information.
  • A principal might want to see a high level sales number summarized at the company level first, then at the customer level.
  • A sales manager may want to dive further into a salesperson's number by summarizing at the customer and project level.
  • The system allows users to slice and view the data in a variety of ways. All the information is real time and is selected and sorted using a simple interface.
  • This level combines several reports into single view that provide a multitude of perspectives.
DATA

The Data level of The Matrix for Business is the most granular view into your business system data. Quotes, orders, invoices, projects, bookings, backlog can all be viewed at their most basic level. As with all the data presented using the system, it can easily be exported to Excel.
