The Matrix for Business provides answers.

How much does it cost to buy the solution?
The solution is delivered on a monthly subscription basis. As long as you continue to subscribe your company receives unlimited access to the solution. You can choose to limit access to the management team or you can use it to communicate important measures to every employee in the company. We install the system for you or with your assistance.

What if I want additional content or views?
Our staff is continually creating new content for the Matrix for Business. As a subscriber you can request new content. We'll publish the content that is currently in our queue and we will use subscriber feedback to prioritize which content gets published first. As long as you subscribe you have complete access to all new content!

Do you provide customization?
Yes, we can provide your business with a customized solution.

Where is the software installed? Who supports and maintains it?
The software is installed on your network. However, it isn't software in the “traditional” sense. The installation only takes a few minutes and the footprint on your network is very minimal. If you have a question about the solution, you simply call our toll free number and we'll get you some help.

What is the post-install process?
We will perform QA as necessary to ensure that the views in the system total exactly with numbers presented directly in your business system. We will also conduct training for the administrator as well as the end-users to explain all the features in the system.

What happens if it doesn't work?
If it doesn't work, we'll make it work. Simply call us or send an email to support@channeldynamix.com. During normal business hours a help desk technician will be available to provide the assistance you need. In addition, your company will be assigned a Channel Dynamix Account Manager. You can contact this Account Manager with any questions or requests that you might have.

Is the solution easy to use? Who provides training?
We'll be happy to assist you in getting your users familiar with the features. However, the solution is so easy to use we don't think you'll need formal training. It is as easy to use as Google or any weather web site.

How will MxB impact database performance?
Database impact is minimal because we do not extract and copy data to separate database tables. In addition, we consistently use non-locking queries to ensure that there is as little impact on the system as possible.

Is there support? How much does it cost?
Full support is included as a part of the monthly subscription.

Can I export data from the solution to other tools, like Excel?
You can always export a view of data to a spreadsheet document. You can also send a link to a particular view via email.
