What is the Hedberg Users Group?
The Hedberg Users Group is comprised of, and directed by, contract Office Furniture personnel who use the Hedberg System to operate, execute and manage their daily business. It is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide a forum for users to collaborate with each other to obtain the most effective and efficient use of the Hedberg System.

Hedberg Users Group Mission Statement
The Hedberg Users Group is comprised of, and directed by, contract Office Furniture personnel who use the Hedberg System to operate, execute and manage their daily business. It is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide a forum for users to collaborate with each other to obtain the most effective and efficient use of the Hedberg System.

This will be accomplished through:
» Sharing "Tips and Techniques" through the Hedberg Users Group Collaboration Website
» Hedberg "Best Practices" formulated, documented & distributed
» Identifying and publishing educational opportunities
» Encouraging and providing a vehicle for networking among users
» Providing an advocacy for the Dealer Community on Operational and Automation issues

The Hedberg User's Group will provide the opportunity for each member to:
» Become more knowledgeable on the Hedberg Software capabilities
» Enhance users and administrators skill sets to perform their jobs better and in a more efficient and effective manner
» Share and benefit from real-world user experiences
» Maximize the usage of all functionality and reporting in their current Hedberg System
» Gain knowledge by attending educational events at national, regional and local levels
» Gain access to a network of peers for collaboration and information exchange
